After the express package arrives at the self-pickup point, you will be notified by a mobile phone text message. Please pick up the package within 3 working days after the text message is sent (the actual pickup time limit is subject to the content of the text message).

When YAmall is shipped to your address, please sign for it within the specified time. If you fail to sign for receipt within the specified time, the courier company may charge additional storage fees.

Afterwards, the goods will be returned to YAmall warehouse and the order will be cancelled. We will refund the amount paid with shopping vouchers without further notice.

The "Product Specifications" on the product page indicate the time it takes for the product to be shipped. Shipping means that the order package is sent from the YAmall warehouse, but it still needs to wait for the courier company to collect and deliver it.

Note: Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (including local non-working days of individual suppliers, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
If some suppliers have local holidays and the delivery period is extended, a separate announcement will be issued.

If you purchase 2 or more orders on the same day, you can arrange for them to be shipped together. If the order total reaches the designated free shipping amount, the freight charges will be refunded after the customer collects all the ordered items.

If the order is not purchased on the same day, the shipping fee cannot be reduced for the customer. We can only help arrange shipment on the same day.

If you purchase 2 or more orders at the same time and provide the same phone number and address, we may arrange to combine the orders to ensure that you can receive all the ordered items at the same time.

After the order is placed, the system will automatically send an order receipt to your email. Please pay attention to your email account settings to avoid mistakenly classifying emails as spam and missing any important information.
